In the last 10 years have specialized and built an entire company on one-on-one personal training. Our Boot Camps are designed similar to what you would get in a one-on-one setting but modified to fit your fitness level. So you get the same results, same safety, same knowledge base as you would in a personal one-on-one program. The only difference it is in a group setting and at a fraction of the cost.
As a Personal trainer, when people come to me, the number one thing they ask for is to help them get abs – a flatter belly. Then there is “how do I tone my butt, arms, legs…” and “How do I get rid of this fat around my stomach!”
Now, since I like to experiment with different workouts, cardio programs and eating plans, I tend to use my clients to help me find programs and workout methods that flat out work!
